Human Development

Human capital is part strategic action to enhance the competitiveness of the Automotive Sector of Nuevo Leon.

The purpose of the Committee is to strengthen human capital in the industries of Automotive Sector of the state through the detection of areas of opportunity, teamwork, best practices, experience and talent.

Our team consists of Human Resource Directors, Directors of Linking universities and representatives of governmental institutions, who meet monthly to share best practices and monitor ongoing projects.

We have two main areas of training: technical and strategic talent. The first focuses on the personal overlooking specific job skills and allow you to develop in technical staff of enterprises. The second is aimed at training personnel to the engineering: product, manufacturing and processing.

The growing demand for highly trained in technical knowledge, leadership skills and ethical attitudes make Educational Institutions, Technological Institutes and Research Centers, CLAUT strategic allies to contribute to the integral formation of individuals.

• Specialized programs for the automotive sector in synergy with educational institutions in the region.
