Innovation

In the Cluster is defined innovation as the introduction of a new or significantly improved product, process, marketing method, method of organization in the internal practices of the company, workplace organization or external relations.

The need to offer differentiating products and processes is what motivates our Committee, bringing together the directors of the departments of Engineering, and R & D companies, managers of the business relationship of universities and development centers technology and research.

We use the model presented by Innovate America for the promotion and encouragement of innovation within the automotive sector. This model has three pillars: Talent, Infrastructure and Investment.

From these three pillars were created subcommittee of work where there is the operation of strategic planning. The subcommittees that were created are: Projects and Funds, Methodology and Infrastructure and Linkage.

• Virtual Laboratory: 400 test equipments and software to share.
• Project Development: Company-Company & Company-University
• Networking with the automotive R & D centers.
• Panel of experts in automotive design.
• Access to public resources for innovation.
• Development of an innovative vehicle prototype.
• Technological Plan through the strategic alliance for the automotive industry in the North East of Mexico.
